How do I cancel an alert?

In case an alert is no longer needed, follow the below instructions:

1. Open Kwema App

2. To cancel an alert, you must have already called an alert.

3. Click on “My Alert”, once you click my alerts your active alert will appear with the exact location. Click on “Actions”.

4. You will have the option to “Call 911,” or “Deactivate Alert”.

5. To cancel the Alert, you must click on"Deactivate Alert",it will ask you if you are sure, click OK.
